CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be responsible for the full service amount as well as the 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.
